Nominations are open to individuals who reside in Washington County. Applications can be submitted online with this form or in person at the Washington County Chamber of Commerce office. You can also print the form HERE.
AWARDS PROCESS
Nominations close automatically on Thursday, January 9, 2025. The Selection Committee is independent of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. The committee will consider and prioritize the following criteria when reviewing nominations:
- Contributions to the Washington County community in 2024 and the lasting impact
- Evidence of professional and business excellence
- Exhibition of leadership
- Participation in community or state activities
- Contributions to local civic organizations over the years
All nominations must be submitted by 5 pm on Thursday, January 9, 2025. Please note that prior nominations (submissions of form/letters from prior years) may be considered if resubmitted by the January 9 deadline.
Winners of each award will be announced at the Annual Chamber & EDF Banquet that will be held on January 30, 2025 at Fireman's Training Center. To purchase a ticket or table to the Annual Banquet please
